Performance Group Applications

Light Up Windsor is on  Saturday 30 November 2024, from 4pm to 9pm, we are seeking expression of interest for Hawkesbury based performance groups (singing and dancing only) to be part of our main stage.

Your performance time is 15 to 20 minutes with maximum performers on stage at one time is 12 to 15 performer.  Your performance must contain Christmas element and songs.

Are you located in the Hawkesbury
Public Liability Public Liability Insurance is a prerequisite for all Hawkesbury Council Events.
(Only JPG and PDF file types are accepted and file size must not exceed 4MB)
Have you attended any Hawkesbury Events, if yes please provide information.
Are you a community group/organisation? (please note community groups/organisation stalls are free)

Terms and Conditions

  • Applications close on the Friday 27 September, 2024.
  • Performance time is maximum 15 to 20 minutes slots available only.
  • Maximum 12 to 15  performers on stage at one time.
  • Essential criteria that your performance has Christmas elements or songs.
  • Submission of this EOI does not guarantee participation in an event.
  • Music must be supplied on a USB to Council 2 weeks prior to the event with no further changes.
  • All performers must arrive 30-45 minutes prior to their performance time.
  • All performance times will be finalised 2 weeks prior to the event no changes can be made.
  • This EOI is only open to Hawkesbury based performance groups (singing and dancing groups only).
  • We are accepting up to 10 performance groups.
