Acoustic Performers

Light Up Windsor is on Saturday 30 November from 5pm to 9pm, we are seeking expression of interest from self-sufficient acoustic performers to activate George Street from McQuade Park to Windsor Mall. If your application is successful, we will provide you details with the location closer to the day.

Your performance can be up to 4 x 30 minutes sets. Payment per set will be $220 including GST.

Terms and Conditions

  • Applications close on the Friday 27 September, 2024.
  • Essential criteria that your performance has Christmas elements or songs.
  • Submission of this EOI does not guarantee participation in an event.
  • All performers must arrive 30-45 minutes prior to their performance time.
  • All performance times will be finalised 2 weeks prior to the event no changes can be made.
  • All performers must be self-sufficient . No equipment or power will be provided by Council.
  • All performers must have public liability insurance.
